外伝作品の3作品目。クロスエモーションと触装天使セリカのクロスオーバー作品。
戦闘では最初からバッドステータスが付いてたりする場面があるので、満足に力を発揮できないヒロインがやられる様を楽しむことができます。もちろん敵を倒すことは可能ですが、結構運も絡むことがあるので難しめです。
