スクワットは1週間続けてみましたが、1日目でなかなかきつい。翌日は筋肉痛でした。解説はわかりやすく、やったことのない方でも大丈夫です。スクワットで体が温まってからのセックス、かなり興奮できました。すこしカラダを動かしただけでこうも違うのか
