弟の事が大好きなお姉ちゃんにやさしい言葉をかけてもらいながら安眠へと向かっていくような作品です。

お姉ちゃんが頭をなでてくれたり、深呼吸や体の力を抜く指示を出してくれ精神的にも肉体的にも癒される内容となっており非常に気持ち良く聴くことができました。

特におすすめなのが第三トラックで落ち込んでしまった弟(あなた)を無条件で肯定し文字通り包み込んでくれます。少しでも気分が落ち込んだ時、幼児退行したい時に、ぜひこれを聴いてみてはいかがでしょうか。
