元ネタは知らなかったのですが
同サークル様の他の作品が気に入っていたので購入しました
女の子3人を好きな格好に着せ替えてお漏らしを楽しめるといった内容で表情の切り替えも出来るのでかなり自由度が高く
またおしっこをさせないこともできるので
普通のエロ着せ替えゲームとしても楽しめます
