前作の『デモンズパーティー』と違って、レベルの要素と戦闘があるRPG。
ライト間隔は前作と同じ。
軽妙で笑えるテキストが散りばめられている。
(されていることは酷いのだが)

レベル上げは躍起になってやらなくても良いのだが、要所要所でやっておきたい。
この手のゲームでつきものなようにセーブはこまめに。
