心音によるリラクゼーションの効果は大きいと気付かされる一作品です。

神様の鼓動、そして神様の優しい言葉。全てが己を受け入れてくれるような感覚で、とても心が落ち着きました。

催眠音声みたいに明らかな誘導ではなく、自然と溶け込むように眠りに導いてくれます。鼓動を聴いているうちに眠くなってきてしまいますので、安眠用として非常に良いと思います。
