前作のはじめてのおるすばんをプレイしてその次のシリーズということで前作の焼き増しとになっていないか危惧していましたがそんなことはありませんでした。
主人公が医者ということで双子との関係性もさらにインモラルになっている気がします。さらにコスプレがこれでもかと種類豊富。必然性とか置いといてできることは何でもやってやるといったサービス精神のようなものを感じました。
