タイトルに監禁とありますがSMプレイ的な要素はありません。
ストーカー気質の後輩ちゃんに監禁されて色々とお世話されるお話ですが、先輩は完全に受け入れていて途中からイチャラブになっています。

後輩という立場で監禁をしている事に背徳感を感じながらも、気持ちが抑えきれず色々とお世話してしまうシチュエーションがソソります。
欲を言えば耳かきパートがもう少し長めの方がいいかも?
