妊娠の概念が存在するエロゲの中でも「臨月の女の子が出産しないように耐える」という珍しい設定を題材にしているゲーム
物語開始時点で既に妊婦なので、エロシーンもボテ腹だらけのボテフェチ大歓喜仕様!なおお腹の子供は普通にエルフの子なので出産シーンが苦手な人にも安心(?)だ!
システム面でも陣痛による痛みや産まれるまでのリミットを上手く組み込んでおり、純粋にRPGとしても面白い一作!
