全部聴いた後、気持ちが良いまま眠ったり
使用例どおり 他の音声作品等に移行してもいいのですが、
十分にリラックスできたなと思った所で
変性意識に入るエクササイズに移行させて頂いております。
心のお喋り(雑念)が止み、無になれるので重宝しています^^
