「カスタムメイド3D2+」で追加のフリープレイのような、インターフェイスの追加はないが、その分VIPプレイが多く追加されている。
　特に結婚の要素が足されたことによる、より甘いプレイ。そして、NTR要素の充実。NPCメイド達との絡みも倍。
　行為に特化しつつも、新たな要素がてんこ盛りな第二弾でした。
