某シリーズの監修をされていた方と知り、CVにも癒されましたので、
催眠効果に過度な期待はせず、純粋にお声を楽しむ目的で購入しました。

結果、よく眠れました(笑)
毎回最後まで聴き通せないのが逆に残念なくらいです。

何が効いているのか素人の私にはわかりませんが、多くの催眠音声でも眠れないという方は
是非試されてみては如何でしょうか。
私には非常に合ったようなので、万一眠れない時のための、お守りのような存在になっています。
