以前から明晰夢が気になっていたので購入しました。
普通の催眠音声とは違って、完全に寝てから聴く作品なので、
寝ている間にイヤホンが外れないように注意が必要です。
それとあまり音量が大きいと覚醒してしまうので音量は抑えた方が良さそうです。
明晰夢が見られるように定期的に聴き続けたいと思います。
