確かに瞑想に使える

家の中で瞑想をするときに使っています。
外の音が気になると集中ができなくなるのですが、外の音を切って静寂を保つのではなく、この林のざわめきとパーカッションは外の音を打ち消す以上に脳に何か儀式を行う準備のようなものをさせ、信号音が自分の中の何かを呼び起こすように語りかけてきます。
なぜか、無音の状態よりも集中できる不思議な音でした。
