今回はお姉さんがふたなりになってショタがアナルを滅茶苦茶にされてしまいます

ふたなり要素の為、他の作品と比べ残酷描写より逆アナルやフェラなどの性行為が強調され、
おそらくこのシリーズで一番エロ漫画に近い立ち位置なのが今作でしょう

第四作目にして比較的とっつきやすい作品とも言えるでしょう

ただ四肢切断によるダルマも過去作と同じようにあり、また話の展開的に第一作目に近い雰囲気もある為、ある意味作者様にとっては原点回帰的な作品なのかもしれません
