トラック1～6は癒しパート、トラック7は本番パート構成となっています。

本編は約2時間30分とボリュームあり+クオリティー高く、おまけとしてフリートークがあった所も良く大変満足です。

体験版を視聴して「これは良さそう」とビビっと来たら購入して損は無いかと思いますし、値段もお手頃ですのでオススメです。
