2017年1月現在、4作目まで続いているシリーズの第一作目。

女子寮に男が一人だけ入居する、という「ありきたり」な設定。
大抵は、そこから少しずつフラグを立てていくところ、その過程を清々しいほどにすっ飛ばして、最初から全員彼女なお話です。

4人の子達のキャラも立っててグッド。

個人的には、寮母さんのシーンがもっとほしかった。
