最初のリラック運動が良くできていて催眠にスムーズに入っていくことができました。催眠もじっくりやってくれるのでそれもよかったです。
内容はあまり深くは書けませんが終盤はほんとにヤバイの一言です!これでもかとゆうほどにやられます。なので、これを聞く時は次の日休みの時に聞いたほうがいいと思います。
