雨の音を聞きながら、心と体が浄化されていく暗示を聴いた後に、催眠を深めるパートになるのですが、そこでしっかりガッツリ入りました!!
こんなに深く入っていったのは今回が初めてです。
また、途中で「女性らしく美しくなる」暗示があるのが嬉しいです。
心なしか朝起きたときに肌がすべすべしている氣がします。
これも女性ホルモンのおかげですかね。
