タイトル買いをして声にハマって睡眠不足になるまで聞きました。
商品説明にもある通り、自分が寝ているときに音声が流れます、と言うよりは流します。ここの時間の調節が大変かもしれませんが、最近はスマホに睡眠パターンを読んでくれるアプリなどがあるので比較的楽だと思います。
睡眠導入も難しい指示等は無く、簡単に落ちていけました。
非常におすすめです。
