明晰夢を1度でも体験出来たらいいなと思い購入してみました。何度か聞いてみた所、未だ明晰夢は見れていません。しかし、身体は寝ているのに意識だけが覚醒してる状態にはなれた為、今後も聞いていけばいつか見られるのではないかと思いました。このような試みの音声は少ないので買ってみる価値はあると思います。
