目を開いたままで催眠に掛かることができるのかという不安もありましたが、結果的に十分深く催眠に掛かることができました。

自分は音声式の催眠音声を聞くときのくせで、動画を見ている間に目を閉じてしまうことがちょくちょくあったので、人によっては少し慣れが必要になるかもしれません。
