夢の中で好きなように動けるという都市伝説のような明晰夢を見るための催眠音声です。

かかるかどうかはかなり個人差があると思います。自分は1回聞いただけではかかりませんでした。

しかし、温かく気持ちのいい状態にはなれたので、引き続き試したいです。明晰夢というものに興味がある人には是非お勧めです。
