儀式で兄と妹が性交する流れになるものの、
兄の聖人君子ぶりが発揮され未遂に。
結果的にそれが物語を進める要因にはなるのだが、
短いページ数で家族の内面的な話と村の儀式、風習のスピリチュアルな要素をよくまとめている。
