タイトルの通り、妹(と最後の長編では妹の友達)とえっちするお話が11話収録された一冊でした。全体を通しておっぱい大きめな妹とのイチャラブ寄りなえっちがノリのいい雰囲気で描かれています。なお最後の方に収録されている長編「ほたるレポート」は3話から始まっていますが、その前の1〜2話は著者の前作単行本「兄+妹=LOVE?」に収録されているようです。
