モンスター娘百覧管理人、とろとろ先生による超大作RPGの完結編です。
前章、中章と繰り広げてきた旅を本作でもって回収していきます。もちろん、道中では過去作に負けないほどの数と質のモンスター娘との戦闘やHシーンが多々あります。
コンバートにより前章や中章と一本化することができるため、冒頭から途切れることなく一つの作品として楽しむことが可能です。
単純なモンスター娘逆レイプRPGを超越した、一つの傑作だと思います。
