セルフとドライが選択可能な点や、二回目以降の短めの導入が用意されている点など、親切な作りになっています。

導入もあまり人を選ばず入りやすいものだと思います、あまり催眠音声を普段聴かない様な人でもこれから入っても大丈夫では無いでしょうか。

自分の環境依存の可能性もあるのですがいくつかプツプツというノイズが入っていました、ただ量や音量もそこまで気になるほどでは無かったです。
