睡眠から催眠に入るというおそらく他にはない催眠の入り方です。
安眠音声後、約1時間30分前後の睡眠(ここの長さ人によります)から、催眠に入るような仕組みになっています。
時間になったら女の子が囁いてくれて、そのまま自分の望む催眠に入ることが出来るそうです。
まだ上手く入ることが出来ませんが何となくコツはつかんだので、これから期待しています。
