表題の連作「奥さんバレー」に加えて、読み切り×4からなる。ノンアダルトに分類されるエッチ漫画で、あんまりどぎつい内容が苦手な人には、こういうくらいのがいいかもしれない。
毎回違う女の子とえっちするのだが、「奥さん」というカテゴリー縛りがあるにもかかわらず、なかなか個性がばらけていてよい。くわえて、前田千石の得意とする年上、人妻ものなのだから、安心のできであった。やっぱり、ぽやっとした年上の人は、前田千石の独壇場だ。
