他の方も書かれてるかと思いますが、
天制覇パワーアップキットというより、新作みたいな感じを受けるものです
天制覇を既に持っていて楽しかったと思うなら買ったほうが良いでしょう
システム面も、不具合修正も意外と多いのでサポート面も悪くは無いかと思います。
　感想としては、強い国はより強く、弱い国はそれなりに、侵攻は早めになり、
テンポが早くなったと感じました。
特に勧告これが曲者で、あっさり国が滅ぶようになったかなと感じます。
