ま○プリに登場する教育実習生の先生がある眼鏡を付けたらとんでもない性格に変貌したというストーリーですが、彼女だけなく彼女の妹の仲間たちも暴走することに・・・。
一応シリアスな場面もありますが、全編下ネタギャグがさく裂しています。
