この作品での催眠の内容は癒し、リラックスといったものです。
音声の指示通りに従って体の力を抜くと、非常に心地よい感覚が味わえます。
声優さんもまた上手で、ついつい催眠のリズムに取り込まれてしまいます。

バイノーラル録音の方は威力が強烈なのか、
気がつくと眠ってしまっていました。
眠れないときの安眠用にもいいかもしれません。
