結構な分量なのに重たさを全く感じません。自然に入って帰ってこれる感じ。ネガティブ思考に捕らわれてるときに聞いたら、すっとリカバリできました。
　自分のすべてが全部分解されて、洗浄した後、再構築されたような気分になりました。
