入り込みやすいですし、入り込んだ後は、ひたすら幸せな家庭生活をイメージしていく流れで、聞き終わった後に涙を流すこともしばしば。
ご家族との関係に悩んでる方でも、自分の理想の家族像を描けます。
イメージを沸き立たせるためのワークシートが同梱されてて、それを埋めるのも楽しいです。
