Windows7で
私もマップでSDキャラを動かす時にFPSが30になり糞重かったですが

exeのプロパティの互換性タグで
「デスクトップ　コンポジションを無効にする」
にチェックを入れたら
私の環境ではFPS落ちなくなりましたよ

ご参考までに

P.S
キャラのステータス画面などインターフェースのシステム的に改善していただきたい点はありますが、
すごく楽しませていただいてます。
まだ全クリしてませんが本当に面白い
