ダウンロード数が凄いのでとりあえず購入しました。
優しく語りかけてくれるのでそれだけでも癒されます。
ある言葉を意識させてそれを繰り返すという良くある催眠ですが、イメージもしやすく催眠にかかってもかからなくても十分リラックス効果があります。
催眠音声の前に聞いてみてもいいかもしれませんが、これだけでも十分な気がします。
とりあえず聞いてみてください。
