レミュオールの街に不景気に陥り、街の元気がなくなる。
職を失った人間は教会にやってきて飯を食べる状態。
ソフィアはカルマは商店街を作って街を活性化させる計画を立てます。

このゲーム、適当に進む商店を経営するよりも、街に議案を通す方がメインです。
そのため、商店街経営より選挙ゲームですね。
