よく眠れるための安眠音声が詰まっています。
全編が囁き声になっており、耳かきをはじめとした心地よい音を主として眠りに落ちやすいように作られています。
確かに安眠に効果的な内容とは思いますが、耳舐めパートは
興奮して逆に眠れなくなるかもしれません(笑)
一通り聴いてみて、自分に合ったパートを選んで使ってみると良さそうですね。
