改めて、”八月薫”先生の絵柄と、江戸・時代劇
との、親和性の高さを実感した”粕谷秀夫”先生
シナリオ、”八月薫”先生作画の新シリーズ、一
巻目。
印象に残る収録作品は、早世した息子”健之介”
が残した嫁”加津”と共に、絵師として晩年を過
ごすことを決めた主人公”杉孫六”の、”健之介”
への想いを描いた、「第1話」。
読んでいて感じたのは、時代劇ならではな、浪
漫溢れる展開の妙味。瑞々しく、清楚な色香を
放つ”加津”を魅力的に描く”八月薫”先生の筆致
も、記憶に残りました。現代物では描くことの
できない世界観がシッカリと堪能できる一巻目。
