臓物を育成、収穫していく。
徐々に新しい臓物が育てられるようになったり、加工が出来るようになったり、結構飽きずに遊べる。

また、独特のちょっぴりダークな雰囲気だったり、テーマの臓物だったりというのが斬新で、とても良かった。
