作品の目的は脳の処理速度の向上ですが、それだけではなく集中力も向上するように感じます。作品内のトレーニングは段階的に難度が上がります。最後の方は全力で集中しなければまずこなせないでしょう。

しかし!音声にそってトレーニングをしていると自然と全力で集中できました。また、全力で取り組んでいると自然とその間は雑念が沸いてこないためか、終わった後に非常にスッキリとした感覚を覚えます。
