リニア建設工事は、東京ー名古屋間の工事と名古屋ー大阪間の
工事の間に10年の空白があり、表向きは借金を無くした上で工事を再開するという極めて真っ当な理由なのですが・・・

白竜はすでに駒を仕掛けていたようです。
