シューマン共振SEとあったのでどんなものかと思って
購入してみたのですが、語り手の話している後ろで
しゅわしゅわ(?)としたような音が流れていて
リラックスしようと意識せずとも全身の力が抜けていくような
感じがしました。23分と尺も短いので他の催眠音声を聞く前は
もちろん普通のリラックス音声としても使えるなということを感じました。
