作者がヨガ教室へ潜入取材したお話です。
美女修行として取材にきているだけあって代表も美魔女と呼べるレベルです。
こういう人がいないとなかなか説得力を持てないというのはあるでしょうね。
ヨガ初心者であっても先生がきっちり指導してくれるのは安心材料。
しかし熟練者になれば信じられないポーズが決められるものなんですね。
