今回は「冷酷非道なヤクザが実は隠れスウィーツ男子だった件」というエピソードが収録されております。

早くに両親を亡くしたという主人公・ハルカ。

育ててくれた祖父からパティスリーUSANOを受け継いだのだが、大手チェーン洋菓子店におされて客足が遠のいてしまい、抱えた借金の返済もままならないという状況で。

そこに現われ借金返済を要求する周防組の若頭。

彼はハルカが作った商品のケーキを一口食べ、借金をチャラにするとある条件を出してくるのだが……
