人間の怠惰な気持ちが可視化された姿だと言われている、謎のアザラシがたくさんいる世界を描いた作品です。

怠惰な気持ちになった人の周りに集まってくる以外は無害な彼らに慣れてしまった社会ですが、主人公の女の子はアザラシをあまりよく思っていません。

決して長い作品ではありませんが、思春期のモヤモヤした感じとかが良く表現されていたかなと思います。
個人的には好きな結末の作品です。
