安眠誘導の方は聞いている内にリラックスしすぎて気づかない内に眠ってしまいました。12分ほどの短いものですが効果は抜群です。おまけの添い寝パートに行き着くまでに眠ってしまうことも。
添い寝はまだ効果を実感したことはありませんが、ゆっくり眠りたい時にこの音声を聞いてます。
