ストーリーはアンデルセンの人魚姫をなぞらえているのですが、王子の性格がだいぶ違いました。
最初は非道な彼ですが、本心が見えてからの主人公にだけ見せる素顔が好きでした。また、声優さんの外道な演技から柔らかい雰囲気が作品の王子にぴったりだったので、よりストーリーに入り込めました。
