初級編ということで別段特殊なところはなく基礎的に触るだけ、でしたがとても良かったです。
やっていることはいやらしいことなんですが、コーチも明るく爽やかに説明してくれますし、あくまで講座であるというのが新鮮でした。

コーチが触るパートもありましたが、レクチャーためでありそれ以上のことはありません。
今後、中級上級と続いていくのであれば非常に楽しみです。
