有名な童話をベースにした短編小説集です。五作収録されています。
同サークルさんの、クレッシェンテ漂流記に登場するキャラクターが主役になっています。
冒頭の眠り姫は無垢な殺人鬼の悲劇が描かれていて物悲しい雰囲気です。
個人的なお気に入りは「人魚姫」。王子の妻になるために人間になる魔法をかけられた人魚の物語です。
人間になったことで、人としての情まで手に入れてしまった悲劇ですね。
